- Require students to achieve a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0.

- Certificate of First School Living (FSLC).
Origination Certificate. - Your CGPA is included in your Statement of Results if you are a student at a university, polytechnic, college, or school of nursing.

Scholarship Advantages
The Yobe State Government Scholarship Program recipients are eligible for numerous awards. The breakdown of scholarship awards per category is provided below.
Nigerian students
The state government of Nigeria will cover the tuition costs of every student who makes the shortlist for the benefit. Additionally, they will receive an annual lump sum payment for upkeep.
Students going abroad to study
Full sponsorship will be provided for those who enrolled to study abroad. The state government will pay for everything from application procedures to travel paperwork and tuition.
Medical students
Yobe State government scholarship recipients will be enrolled in any medical school in Nigeria or abroad that offers admission to indigenous people living in the state. Until graduation, these students will get a monthly pay similar to a level 7.
